Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

Tent: Our tent can also be set up on pavement, asphalt, etc, but there is an additional $40 fee for this set up. Please make sure to let us know what surface it will be set up on so that our crew can have the right tools. 

We deliver up to 30 miles away from 77096. 

Yes, below is the scale. 

  • $150 minimum in rentals for 1-10 miles from 77096.
  • $250 minimum in rentals for 21+miles from 77096. 

It depends. 

Our first 5 miles are free, so if your event address is within that range your delivery is free! 

If you are outside of those 10 miles, then we charge anything outside of those first 5 miles at $3.50 per mile. Our system calculates the distance and we give you the delivery fee if there is one. 

We do early deliveries between 8am-12pm. We will reach out the day before to give you a better estimate of the arrival time. Our latest pick up is 8:00pm. 

*If you need an early morning delivery, please let us know, we can defiinitely accommodate you. 

*If you need to extend the time past 8:00pm, every extra hour is $35/hr up to 11:00pm, past this time it becomes an overnight fee. 

If you are needing an overnight rental, we can try to accommodate you. It depends on our availability. Please reach out if you are needing an overnight rental. 

For an overnight rental the fee is of 33% of the total of the rental items. 


Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, tent, chairs/tables and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more! 

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 7 day notice required for a full refund. If a credit card is used to pay the deposit or balance, 4% is retained to cover credit card fees.
  • If you decide to cancel between 3-6 days before your event, you will incure a 10% surcharge of the total of the rentals. 
  • If you decide to cancel the day before or the day of your event, not due to weather, you will be incur a 50% surcharge of the total amount of the rentals. 
  • You can be issued a chance to reschedule your party for another available date, or a full refund in case of severe weather. You must notify us before our drivers arrive to deliver and set up if you wish to cancel due to weather. If a credit card is used to pay the deposit or balance, 4% is retained to cover credit card fees.
  • Customized products, such as custom balloon garlands CANNOT be refunded, due to materials already bought/used that cannot be returned. 

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.
